At Cowboy’s Reserve, we stand behind our premium federally legal THCa and hemp-derived THC products. Since launching in December 2020, we’ve built our reputation on quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction through word-of-mouth. Buy with confidence: If it’s your first time ordering a specific THCa product and you don’t love it, return it for a store gift card or equal-value replacement.
Requirements:
- First-time purchase of that product from our online store.
- Product must be at least ½ full.
- Return request within 14 days of delivery.
- Excludes clearance, bulk, and sale items.
Once approved, we’ll guide you on shipping it back (you cover return shipping). Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll issue a gift card or replacement.
Standard 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy for Federally Legal THCa
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility:
- Item in original condition: unopened/unused, with tags/packaging intact.
- Include receipt/proof of purchase.
To start: Email us at Sales@cowboysreserves.com (or use the chat widget). Approved returns get instructions — customer pays return shipping. Unrequested returns won’t be accepted.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items – Federally Legal THC Orders
Inspect your package immediately. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at Sales@cowboysreserves.com. We’ll evaluate and resolve quickly (replacement, credit, or refund).
Non-Returnable / Exceptions
- Sale, clearance, or bulk items.
- Gift cards.
- Opened consumables (for hygiene/safety in THCa and hemp-derived THC products).
Exchanges
Return the item first (per above). Once accepted, choose a replacement of equal value or get credited for any difference. Fastest way to get what you want!
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Processing may take time (bank/credit card delays). Track your account.
